Is kayaking always guaranteed?
No. Kayaking depends on weather and safety conditions. If it is not possible, it is replaced by a suitable alternative, such as a boat trip on the Douro.
What is the launch price?
The launch price is €249 per adult until 1 October. Children aged 5 to 10 receive a 50% discount and children aged 0 to 4 go free. The standard adult price from 1 October is €279.
What is the minimum number of participants?
The experience requires a minimum of two participants and accepts up to six guests.
Do I pay when I request a date?
No. We first check availability. Once your date is confirmed, you receive a secure payment link by email.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable outdoor clothing and closed shoes. Bring swimwear, sun protection and a change of clothes for the water activity.
