Booking requests

Submitting a request does not create a confirmed booking. Peter's Tours first checks availability and sends a confirmation with a secure payment link.

Payment and confirmation

A booking becomes confirmed after the requested payment has been completed. The confirmation email and guest area contain the experience details.

Small-group tour cancellation

Cancellation 12 hours or more before the start qualifies for a 100% refund. With less than 12 hours' notice, the refund is 50%. No-shows are not refundable.

Private tour cancellation

Cancellation more than 7 days before the start qualifies for a 100% refund. Between 7 days and 24 hours before the start, the refund is 80%. With less than 24 hours' notice, the refund is 50%. No-shows are not refundable.

Changes

Contact us as soon as possible if your plans change. Changes depend on availability and may affect suppliers, timings or the final booking value.

Weather and itinerary

Safety, weather, river conditions or supplier availability may require a reasonable itinerary adjustment. Peter's Tours will preserve the quality and main character of the experience wherever possible.

Guest responsibilities

Guests must share relevant dietary, mobility and medical considerations before the experience and follow reasonable safety instructions during transport and activities.
